How can I change myself quickly?

Act before you think
Too many times do you think that you have arrived to a desired result.
It’s so much easier to be on your toes and push forward on a goal you believe in.
Change your actions before your thought.
Don’t allow yourself to make the same mistakes that you have been making and wait for the right moment to act.
Here are three steps to a great change:
Step 1: Write down your vision and establish your intentions
First, write down your vision and intentions.
These are your goals.
For example, if you want to become a great runner, write down your vision:
“To become a great runner”
Step 2: Evaluate your current situation
Once you have written down your vision and intentions, evaluate your current situation.
Is it as your desired outcome?
If not, how can you improve it?
It can be so easy to make excuses but to stop those excuses you must evaluate your situation.
Next, analyze your actions and mistakes.
For example:
Did you break your goal by not performing?
Did you fail by procrastinating?
Have you repeated a bad habit by trying to go with your brain instead of with your heart?
Make a note of all of the things you have been doing.
Your goal is to change them one by one.
Step 3: Commit yourself
Now that you have evaluated your situation and goals, it’s time to commit to your change.
In our life, committing will be different things for each person.
Perhaps, it’s to join a team or a class.
Maybe, it’s to a gym or a healthy lifestyle.
Whatever it is, commit to a goal you believe in.
If you don’t, you will regret it.
Once you have committed, break your goal into smaller tasks.
Start with 1 task at a time, and when you have completed that task, move on to the next one.
If you are failing, take a step back and analyse your actions.
If you are gaining, take a step forward.
When you feel a little uncomfortable, take a step back and reassess your thoughts.
In other words, you must analyze your thoughts and change them.
