Here are some of the easiest and the most effective ways to improve yourself in 24 months

1. Improve your diet: Start a healthy and wholesome diet at least 2 days a week, go on the Whole30 Diet (also known as the “Dirty Dozen” Diet), if you’re already on a Paleo diet, aim for the 80/20 rule. Choose the parts of your diet you enjoy most and eliminate the “bad” parts.

2. Join a gym: If you haven’t joined a gym yet, start one now. Tell your friends and family that you’re getting started. Whether it’s just a basic membership at the local YMCA or going to a local Crossfit gym, get yourself to the gym at least twice a week.

6. Go to at least one lecture in a college or graduate school: If you haven’t been to a lecture at your university, start attending them. You’ll learn a lot about the major subjects you’ve chosen, as well as the history of that particular area.

7. Take a cooking class: Go to a cooking class! Learn how to make simple dishes for yourself and then make them at home.
