3. I take care of my health

You will feel better if you are healthy and mentally fit. You can be happy and be productive, if you take good care of yourself. Take a break. Exercise. Sleep. Be mindful. Think and meditate.
Make sure you eat healthy and take care of your body. Exercise daily. Learn to meditate. Eat a healthy diet. Eat at least 5 fruit and vegetables a day. Get enough sleep.
