Don’t worry about what you have to say and don’t think about what other people will think about your ideas, just get it done.

4. Mastery:
Don’t go to the gym and simply push yourself just to get exercise, you need to start pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.

5. Discoverment:
Experiencing every life lesson, I am reminded of this, I am a bit of an idiot when it comes to trying new things, I see and learn things at every stage, but when I think of how to get rid of random thoughts I’m not alone.
