How to communicate better as an introvert (in the workplace)

Some people are skilled at communicating. They are able to communicate with ease and engage in meaningful conversation regardless of the circumstance or setting. Additionally, they are able to resolve conflicts even if the individual on the opposite side is challenging, abrasive, or simply unwilling to participate. They basically make it seem so simple.

The same falsehoods and misconceptions that plague extroverts also apply to introverts. No, not all introverts have a miraculous ability to impart excellent counsel, nor do they always have a pithy phrase at the ready. However, not all of them are cowardly wimps who are terrified of everything outside of their small world.

1. Don’t be a passive listener

4. Do believe that your voice has value
You must first believe that you can add something worthwhile to the conversation in order to communicate more effectively. Only after that can you effectively interact with your bosses and coworkers.
