Here are some good daily routine habits

1. Exercise early in the day for 10 minutes, then take a break for 2-3 minutes.

2. At the end of the day, you can choose what to do next- get something to eat, relax, rest or workout.

3. Plan your day ahead of time so you know what you’ll do next.

4. Don’t rush to go to bed, set a time to go to sleep so you can get to sleep at the same time every day.

5. Organize your papers to have a clean desk or one that is in a neat and organized folder.

6. Set a 2 hour alarm clock so you can wake up early and exercise for 10 minutes before you go to work.

7. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon everyday. It helps with the digestion and improves your skin and hair

8. Lay down and close your eyes 10-15 minutes before going to bed. This is the best time to meditate and do some yoga.

9. Get up at the same time every day. Set the alarm clock so you know what to do next.

10. Sit straight when you are eating or if you eat at a table, lean back and move your hands in a clockwise motion

11. Go to sleep at the same time every day. Set an alarm clock so you can wake up early.

12. Take a break every 2 hours or if you have a long day, take a small nap. This will help your body to recover.
