Here are some sources of motivation you can utilize to push yourself to make life improvements
1. Examine your weaknesses
If you already know your weaknesses you can begin by seeing where they may be and how you can fix them.
Maybe you aren’t getting the exercise you should, it may be because you don’t have the right cardio equipment or maybe you just need a new set of training equipment.
Maybe you need to replace your fitness gear. For example, your workout clothes are starting to get tight or you’ve gone up a size.

2. What things make you feel good?
This is where you can turn to your everyday routine for motivation.
Look at the things you enjoy doing and think about how they make you feel. Maybe you enjoy your evening walks, maybe you enjoy relaxing in the pool. You may like working out, but you’re tired when you get home.
In this case, you may need to take a break and incorporate a “downtime” like yoga, swimming or taking a bath.
Another great idea is to listen to something that makes you feel good when you are working out or doing a new or different workout. These can be inspirational music, your favorite music, or just walking in the rain.

3. Reward yourself
If you reward yourself at the end of a workout, it will become a routine and will increase the amount you are able to push yourself to do the same exercises you did the first time.
