Here are some best ways to analyze yourself
1. Self analysis
Most people do self analysis with their mothers because it makes them feel safe. Even if they haven’t had therapy yet, they consider therapy as a step of self analysis.
At least one part of our body usually has physical sensitivity and receptors. You need to analyze the three senses first before you can apply anything with it.
What does it mean if you have trouble in the sense of hearing?
Before you complain to a friend that you cannot hear the music, you need to know what you could use to listen better.
Take the headphones off and get into a comfortable position. Focus on one sense at a time, starting with sight.
When you concentrate on it, just for a minute, try to imagine what you can see.
Try to focus on the textures, colors, patterns, and shapes of things.
A final tip: Don’t do this alone. Talk to someone about this, whether it is to your friend or your therapist.
2. Observation of yourself
It takes more effort to observe yourself than to analyze yourself. In the last step of self analysis, you know what you have done wrong, and what you should do to correct the mistakes.
However, you can’t point out your mistakes to other people because they will just judge you.
So observe yourself by putting yourself in a state of doubt. When you feel doubt, you will get over your fear and can face your fears.
