4 most powerful habits
1. Identify your mission and define your values.
The purpose of your life, your happiness, your meaning, your desire to make things better, is what drives you. So write these down, and make sure you live in alignment with them. It is not enough to have a list, you need to have the purpose of life, the values that motivate you, and the intention to live according to them.
2. Make your health and mental health a priority.
Work with your therapist or doctor to determine what you need to get back on track, and when you need to make a change in how you deal with problems.
Focus on what’s most important, and you’ll get what’s most important.
3. Do something for someone else, once a week.
If you look at the people you are close with, you’ll find that most of the time they are doing things for someone else. So take the time to do the same.
4. Learn to take the time to slow down and enjoy it.
Learn to enjoy the moments.
Take a deep breath and look around you at all of the things you are grateful for.
Explore new things.
