The hard thing about wearing a smile is wearing it for more than 5 minutes! We will change your life if you simply wear it more often. Try smiling all the time, be sincere and a smile will break any depression or grief. There are less benefits of wearing a smile than looking around when you are surrounded by gloomy faces.

Eat a well balanced diet and keep away from alcohol and drugs. Alcohol will disrupt your sleep patterns and will also result in tiredness. Drugs will lead to unhealthy stress and excessive smoking.
6. CHANGE
When you change your life in any way, you have the ability to make your life a better and fulfilling experience. Don’t be afraid to change things up and go in a different direction. Use your imagination and find a new method of doing things that will enable you to accomplish the things you want in life. You will always be dissatisfied with the results you get by sticking to what has always been tried and tested.
7. ACTION
